JESSICA ABDALLAH
(she/her)
Director, teacher, and theatre creator who has been bringing stories to life for over 20 years. Graduate of Concordia University’s Theatre & Development program, and holds a MFA in Directing from the University of Alberta. She has experience in bringing together professionals from the law, medical, business, and education communities to perform in a fully staged play.

ALAREY ALSIP
(she/her)
Actress, writer, & director for film and stage. She recently moved back from Chicago after studying improv, writing, and acting for 2 years at Chicago’s Second City Training Center. Bachelor of Fine Arts –Theatre with Distinction from Concordia University. She has been teaching actors since 2009, coaching privately, and she inaugurated Straeon Acting Studio’s Foundation Class.

TREVOR BARRETTE
(he/him)
Writer, composer, performer, choreographer, stage manager and teacher. Studied at the University of Toronto’s Centre for Drama, founded the Kaleidoscope Theatre company, performed with National Arts Centre, directed more than 10 theatre productions.

SAMANTHA BITONTI
(she/her)
Actor, creator, and instructor. BFA in Theatre Performance from Concordia University, multidisciplinary artist specializing in theatre, clown, voice, film, stage combat (AAC with FDC), and teaching.

JOY ROSS-JONES
(she/her)
Actor, creator, improviser, and theatre facilitator. Masters in Art Education from Concordia University. Associate Program Director of Artista (Imago Theatre). More than 10 years of experience using theatre to empower students of all ages. She performs regularly with the improv troupe, Colour Outside the Lines.

JEN VIENS
(she/they)
Filmmaker and acting coach with over fourteen years of experience coaching business professionals in public speaking, performing improvised scenarios for corporate training sessions, and coaching professional actors of all ages in scene study.

DAKOTA JAMAL WELLMAN
(he/him)
Performer, teacher, and creator, graduate of Bishop’s University Theatre program. Many years experience with theatrical program development, film and stage performance, and strives to unite theatre education and professional development for as many people as possible.
